Our offices are located next to the library where the garage door is located. There is a Ring doorbell installed by the front door if you want to try to contact an on-duty officer.  Officers are not necessarily at the police station.  If you have an emergency, call 911. If you need an officer to respond to your location, call the non emergency line and an officer or deputy can be dispatched to assist you. If you need to make a complaint and a BPD officer is not on-duty, you may either request a Dunn County deputy respond to document the complaint or leave a message for a BPD officer to respond when they are back.
